The Chiricahua Apache were a warrior society where raiding was considered an honorable activity. The more slaves and horses they could get away with the better they looked in front of their people and children.
This is a story of the Chiricahua leaders are still remembered and even feared in some places and immortalized in others. The greatest leaders were Mangas Coloradas, Cochise, Victorio and Nana.
