The KXNM Board of Directors is the governing body of the KXNM Community Foundation, the licensee of KXNM Public Radio.  The Board’s primary role is to guide the overall direction and strategy of the station,  provide oversight of operations and assets and to ensure that the station is well managed and remains fiscally sound.

The KXNM Board of Directors meet on the third Thursday of every month at 2:00 p.m. at the KXNM studios, located at 8 Clements Road in McIntosh.  Click here for a map with directions.

Note:  During Covid-19 social distancing restrictions, this board meets using a hybrid model combining both in-person (limited to 5 participants) and Zoom, a video conferencing application for directors not participating in-person.

The public is invited to attend meetings of the KXNM Board of Directors.  All meetings are open to the public, unless confidential station or personnel business is being conducted. In such cases, the Board will provide advance notice that the meeting is closed.  Public attendees at KXNM Board meetings are not required to register or provide personal information.
