                                                     MINUTES OF KXNM BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S  MEETING
                                                                                                WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23, 2016
 
PRESENT:  Art Swenka, Bill Simms, Pat Lincoln, Rhoda Geduld, Randy Wright, Dixie Swenka, Barbara Kinney, Ladd Hagmaier, John Griego
 
NOT PRESENT:  Jo Onarheim, Norm Onarheim, Matt  Page,
Blake Williams
 
Meeting called to order by Art Swenka, President at 2 PM
 
The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all.
 
Quorum Count met.
 
Pat Lincoln made motion to approve agenda as is and Barbara Kinney seconded. Motion Passed.
 
Ladd Hagmaier made motion to to approve minutes as written and John Griego seconded. Motion Passed.
 
Under New Business:
Randy Wright gave a report on the Website and showed it to us.
He had everyone’s approval.
 
Ladd gave a report on the first meeting of the Advisory Committee.  He said there were lots of good ideas and well qualified people on it.  The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 29th at 10 AM.
 
The Salt Mission Trail Motorcycle Rally has been set back
due to pouring of concrete at the Tower for the new building for the Transmitter.  Art called on the building and the panels are not ready

yet…waiting for shipment.  The County of Torrance has asked for three written quotes (Blake is working on getting the quotes).
 
Our Board Meetings have been moved to the third Tuesday of the month at 3 PM. The next meeting will be Tuesday, April 19th at 3 PM. Board passed unanimously.
 
Bill gave Vice President’s Report - He has Archeology Shows in reserve. He would like to start a new Firearms Show…Edgewood Firearms was suggested but he will be closing by the end of March.  All the other shows he produces are doing well.
 
Blake Williams not present to give Programming Report.
 
Art said he was able to get advertising from the County Line Feed. 
 
Capital Outlay is ready for us to use.

Natural Log/Simian.  Dixie said we are at a standstill until
we get all the music and programs that Blake has.  He is
working on getting them to us. 
 
The next meeting is Tuesday, April 19th at 3 PM at the
Radio Station.  Meeting adjourned at 4:30 PM
